Ladies have you ever had a client request bbbj & he appears to look well-dressed clean and good hygiene? However, once you both get in a more comfortable state, you realize, he's not so fresh in his lower region? Lol. I keep baby wipes, soap & wash cloths for my guys to freshen up. In regards to this issue, which is one of the most common we face as providers; the first tip is to take a shower with them at the beginning. Make sure to soap them up well. It feels good and is fun and playful and will get them in the mood.

If, after the shower, it is still not to your satisfaction, you can always end the session.

Remember, common courtesy should be extended by both parties at all times.

I think she's better served just telling him straight up. While not 100% guaranteed he might be quicker to write a negative review if she came up with that excuse but less likely to say anything if he walks away in shame because of a dirty smelly dick.

I disagree, something similar has happened to me. There is no comfortable way of talking about this with someone whom you don't know. I handled it starting off, 'There is no easy way to politely say this so I'm just going to be frank about it, could you freshen up in the shower please?'
Without another word, he was in the shower and we were on to play time!

I don't feel telling a lie or creating an excuse is ever a good decision in the hobby. Sometimes, a little more forward direct approach seems to work better IMO. Hence, my comment below.

I always let them know that I've got hygiene products, towels & washcloths. Even rubbing alcohol! Lol. As soon as my sessions are over, I offer them to freshen up & I take a quick shower (as I do b4 session).. I'll be honest & admit I've used an excuse- because how do you tell someone that their dick and balls smell like garbage truck juice, w/o being offensive?
