I'll be in San Jose for a couple of days and was wondering if anybody has any recommendations for a massage + L1 in the city.

I have no idea what L1 means, but check out www.costaricaticas.com. There are a ton of options. Zona II is the most popular among visiting gringos, and I can vouch for it. It's more of a bordello than a massage parlor.
