Comey Defends Decision Not To Recommend Indictment of Hillary
Comey explains his decision not to indict Hillary in video to FBI personnel. The GOP will have to look for another way to bring scandal to Hillary. The emails and Benghazi will not work. It looks like the Burden is on the sender to put the correct security classification on the label of the email, not the recipient. Which is exactly what the Washington Post said.

They keep trying to find some dirt on her or dig up old dirt, like the Clinton Foundation. I keep hearing things like Julian Assange is going to release some "really bad emails" that will surely indict Clinton. They still haven't proven that she did anything illegal as far as money laundering or racketeering in connection with the Clinton Foundation. So, they will just have to keep digging. I'll believe it when I see it. I think Julian Assange has a beef with her because Clinton wouldn't agree to let him come back to the US without being charged.

Comey called hildebeest stupid, flighty. If elected, hildebeest will be the third president and second Clinton to be impeached because of her violations, flighty.

IBH, I believe that Comey said that Hillary and the staffers should have known they were in possession of classified information even though it was not marked Classified. "Not knowing" is not a crime that puts you in jail. At best you lose your access to handle classified information. Go read rule USC 1924. I have already posted it 3 times.

Comey as much as called hildebeest stupid, and Comey said if anyone else did what hildebeest did they'd be investigated and disciplined to include termination and jail time, flighty. That's what Comey said, flighty.
BTW, flighty, Gruber called you stupid, also.

Wow. Hillary should be President because there just wasn't quite enough to indict her. That's a strong endorsement. What do you think of the anti-Semitism, and racism in the released emails of the DNC?

Wrong. Assange thinks Clinton is a war monger because she voted for the Iraq war.

Anyone who has ever served in the military knows different. I thought you served flightie? According to Comey then, if I find classified information on my email then I am free to do anything with it I want. It's not my fault it was there and I am not held to any standard for it's care. Well, we know that is not true and flightie wants us to forget that Hillary also SENT classified information through her server.
I bet the DNC servers had better security than Hillary's servers did.

So it's okay to expose national security secrets as long as you don't lie to the FBI.

You can post it a fourth time, it still isn't true. Trey Gowdy asked Comey if any of Hillary's email had classified markings on it. Comey said that some did have classified markings which means Hillary is guilty.
