This is one of the toughest decisions that I have when traveling to SA. I am making my way there Monday and I usually stay in the Airport area...but I often wonder about the medical center area. So which is best for customers or girls? As far as traffic and the value of the room? I put it here in Co-ed because I want both opinions! Thank you so much. I am searching reservations!

Taking a vote ...... medical area is much prefer (I hate it cause the traffic and LE is usually at the lower end places so get a higher with at least a four star in front), airport I like it but is still heavy traffic and not as bad as medical due to highway crossroads (again get a higher stars), Sea World area is another place but to far out for some off us and thus less LE. Just my opinion, I could be in error!, but I doubt it, I have attended to many games and have my favorite ballparks! But go with your gut feeling, always!

That sounds about right, I had some people mention the traffic when I was on the airport side, and the medical center area was disasterous for me because I had traveled to SA during the FIESTA time...and I had no idea what that was so the hotel I was in skyrocketed to 200/300 $. I had to settle for a not so good hotel...so I am planning better this time around. Someone had just commented that medical center area was busier for providers...

The Medical Center area is the happening place and ranks supreme. Now that the Fred Rd / Medical construction is done, traffic is only bad at the same times it's bad everywhere including Airport.

And when you book Medical Center you are really staying on the periphery anyway so easy access.

Airport area is OK, but too far for me for nooners and after work too much rush hour. But plenty of guys have no problem with it.

As a possible alternative to the Airport, an up-and-coming area is the Stone Oak area at the 281/1604 intersection north of the Airport. There are a number of good hotel choices, and so far it seems to be pretty much off LE's radar.

I made a reservation in the airport area. But now that I see that the traffic has been done in the med. center area I may change my mind!

hmmm...well I have seen the area stone oak pop up when I do a hotel search..they have high prices but sounds good to me.

I do although wonder about sea world.

Stone Oak
