I don't know if Michele (youreroticmasseuse)in North buffalo sees girls, but she has magical hands.

Chiropractor may be able to fix you up, as well.

600 mg of ibuprofen (with lots of water) should reduce inflammation for 6-8 hours at a time.

Ibuprofin should work if it is due to muscular stress. If no relief then you should see a doctor as it could be a pinched nerve which would require a prescribed narcotic. Stay away from chiropractor until your sure what it is.

Seek professional medical help to rule out anything serious.

I have been treating backs for over 20 years as a Physical Therapist. Backs are funny animals, and it could be many things. It depends on mechanism of injury, and your symptoms. I would to see you, and do an evaluation. My advice is to see your MD, or get a script to see a Physical Therapist who treats backs, as many do these days. I sometimes treat with repeated movements in extension, or traction or just core strengthening. You can try heat and ice and we call it contrasting to see which one helps the most.

If your symptoms are radiating down your butt into the leg to the knee or ankle, it might be the Sciatic Nerve. Could be just a muscle strain, or an inflamed nerve root, or stenosis. Complicated huh! You bet.

Taking an NSAIDS helps, and rest sometimes also. Roll up a towel and put it behind your back for support in a chair or car.

Posture is key, and walking around in high heels takes it's toll too!!! wear flat shoes for a while!

I only covered about 25% of the things it could be, but LBP is the worst!!
Good Luck!!
EA.

This is what I did. I bought this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cando-Black-...item2a559b50b7

And then laid on it and watched TV on bed when at home for about a week.

I got the shortest half roller available and paid about 10 dollars for it, shipped.

The goal was to push my herniated discs on my spine in the opposite direction, thereby pushing the nerves back in, which is what laying on the thing accomplishes.

It's not comfortable or painful, so you kind of move it up and down your spine as you lay and watch TV or you flip it around to the flat side to get a different intensity. But it works. You're straightening out your back and improving your posture too.

They say that if you took xray pics of any one group of people, say, those on a bus, the majority of them would have herniated discs to varying degrees. It's when the nerves start to push out that people start feeling back pain.
