Stay home.
I was supposed to be in College Station at 7am and opted to just sit it out. Then I turned on the TV and realized I had made a wise choice. It isn't worth the risk.

Yeah it sucks, I didnt go in to work today, and still wouldnt be able to get there because of the road closings.
I'd love to be closed in with someone and lay around and f**k all day.

I know what you mean. 2 winters in Cleveland, OH and 1 in Cape May, NJ. Hell, I can remember being glad it had thawed out to this level.

I am also of prevoius northern experience, and I have been at work since 700am, was out until 430am.
People here don't have the luxury of an intelligent mayor that plans for these yearly events.
Up north this is a spring breeze, an everyday occurrence this time of year, don't use the brakes, no sudden manuevers, and no punching the gas, and(Oh I forgot this is Houston, PLEASE STAY HOME, YOU WILL BE SAFER) lol

When I was in Manhattan last week there was tons of snow, and people were driving just fine...In the southern states everything seems to shut down when it snows, but I suppose the northern states are more prepared and have the tools to manage it, whereas in the south everyone purchases bread & milk and locks themselves inside like a bloody hermit...lol...either way, sometimes it's nice to be iced in and just spend your entire day relaxing and/or masturbating

Bingo!! I was watching the news and kept seeing idiots hauling ass on frozen highways, they even pass up major accidents still hauling ass! Wtf, I think they should've shut down the highways earlier, maybe not the night before but sometime earlier than when the TXDOT people get up.
