poor attempt at deflecting the real issue. . .and that's people hiding money to cheat on taxes.
Dems have supported legislation to fight off shore tax evasion, Repubs haven't supported these efforts.

The Salon article pointedly states that over Bernie's strident objections, others, like Odumbo and Hildabeast, were firmly behind that bill, suckclown.

How about the on shore tax evading that our government allows. Wyoming, Nevada offices of the same law firm and such.
I believe that once I have paid taxes on what I have earned it is my right to do with my money as I please. If that means taking it out of the country and depositing it someplace else it should be no business of the government. The same goes for the government sticking their noses into how much a deposit or take out of my accounts.

funny how conservatives love to increase defense spending but have no problem with millionaires hiding money offshore. . . eventually the lack of revenue is coming out of defense.

If governments want high taxes. Don't be surprised people are going to find ways to avoid them. Tax avoidance isn't a crime. You would be surprised how tax havens like Switzerland helped Jews escape Germany. It is their money and not the State anyway. They can put their money anywhere they want to.

Conflating tax avoidance with tax evasion??? GIGANTIC FAIL!
Hey suckclown, if you want to pay more taxes than the law requires of you, go right ahead. Nobody will stop you. Something tells me you're in the bottom 50% of all filers and pay zero federal income tax. How big is your EIC check this year?

Famous quotes from Judge Learned Hand:
"Any one may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes."
Gregory v. Helvering, 69 F.2d 809, 810 (2d Cir. 1934)
"Over and over again courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging one's affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everybody does so, rich or poor; and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. To demand more in the name of morals is mere cant."
Commissioner v. Newman, 159 F.2d 848, 851 (2d Cir. 1947)
