The Results Are In [STD Awareness Month Edition]
In honor of STD Awareness Month I decided to share the results of my recent checkup. I choose safe play in my hobby and personal life but it's always nice to see Negative results for the full panel of potential STDs (gonorrea, syphalis, chlamydia, HIV) . I get checked up every 2-3 months but have been going every 1-2 months due to increased sexual activity. While getting tested is your prerogative for myself I feel it is an extreme necessity in this crazy hobby and hope you lovely ladies and fellow gentleman continue to play safe out there.

Great job on getting tested reguarly to minimize the impact and get yourself on meds, if needed.

It was a full panel of all STDs but I don't think the paperwork showed the negative results of also HIV.

I had insurance most of last year till i got laid off at my job. That prompted the move to Austin and unfortunately was put on contract for first few months but about to go full time and have insurance. Luckily I have a good relationship with my old Dr. and was able to go a couple months back and get tested and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. But looking for a place in Austin to start going regularly.

I suggest going here, http://www.austintexas.gov/department/rbj-health-center.
I go there because it's so cheap and educational. You can't get tested for herpes there, but they will tell you where to go for that and any other test you desire. Herpes testing is the most expensive. It's $50 I think, but it's worth it. Most people have herpes simplex 1, but it's herpes simplex 2 you should be worried about.
I highly suggest getting health insurance. Even if it's only a catastrophic level, it's very important. You never know what can happen. Check out healthcare.gov

So rather than electing to take advantage of COBRA and remain insured you decided to spend money fucking whores?
AND haven't been tested in at least 8 month huh?
That makes perfect sense.....
