Hell, look at Hooter's business model and all the competition it's given rise to. They wouldn't even have to provide extras. Guys would line up to pay to watch a girl in a bikini clean their pad. I know I would.

Just another way for providers to put their name and phone number on a card and get it out there. They figure, probably correctly, that the only ones who will call are horny guys. And when you do call, I'm guessing you'll get her 'administrative assistant' who will help you schedule your 'cleaning.'
Years ago, many of Houston's club girls who play OTC used this shtick.
