Laser Lipo!
Hello folks. Well I had laser lipo surgery done to remove some stubborn fat about 2 weeks ago. They worked on my handles, chest and abdomen area. As much gym time as I put it, damn stubborn fat would not go away. So now I have my high-school body back lol! I'm still hurting though, but the results are there.
Have any of you gents / providers out they're had this procedure done before? Just wondering how anybodys results have been so far?
Thanks

I don't know anything about your work out routine, health, metabolism, or diet.... but I do know that males are genetically predisposed to store fat in those places, and the only way to get rid of it WITHOUT LIPO is with diet... I never understood people that go so hard in the gym, and don't eat clean, expecting to lean out.. not saying that was you!
Anyways, congrats and hope you feel good about your new body

Thanks sir, I appreciate the comment. There is such a thing as stubborn fat. You can gym hard to the moon and back and diet but still have some stubborn fat left in the above mentioned areas.
I went to Basic Army training in the fall of 2009 and that's where I dropped around 30lbs. My weight then was right around 180lbs and height is a solid 6ft. Even with dropping the weight during training and toning up, I still had that dang stubborn fat. You couldn't really tell with my clothes but I knew it was there.
I've been pretty active ever since joining the military, and I'm still serving on the National Guard side after my active duty time. I'm in the low 190's for weight and it looks like a gained an inch on height lol. WITH laser lipo I'm back to where I want my body to be at, and I'll let keep the training going.

Absolutely. Spot reduction is a myth.

Same goes for my abdominal region. Now I'm not this super cut guy after my laser lipo surgery but there's definitely some toned definition their after the fat removal. Fat that exercise just could not remove.

Keep it up man! Sounds like you work hard it's good to see others doing the same!

lipo
I wanted to get this done, but surprisingly, they didn't recommend it for me! Said I'd be better with a different plan, because most of the time, the fat just comes back if you don't stick to their strict diet/exercise plan. Interesting.

Oh sorry to hear that. Maybe during your evaluation the doc found a health issues that didn't make you a candidate for the lipo surgery.
I had laser lipo done which kills the fat cells and tightens skin. We shall see. So far I'm liking my results.

I used to sell, and now consult on the systems that do that type of work. If you have questions about which ones work, how, and which are the most comfortable for the results, feel free to PM me.

How does the fat leave the body? Do they physically remove the fat? Or do they just zap the fat and the body removes it?
