Again I'm challenging Kendal's claim that lots of guys screen by sending pics and IDs for screening. I say she's covering her ass. Hmm I don't see many guys going "yes I send personal information all the time" here. Can you guys stay on topic? I doubt it.

What's this OCD thing about KC and her screening? Why do you care how she does it? If you don't like it, just blow her off. And she's not the only girl who wants ID. There's been others over the years who've demanded it. There are almost as many things girls demand as there are girls. And there are guys who supply them with it. Not your problem.

I don't even know if that really is her MO anyway. Maybe it was just for you.

Seriously, would you start another rant about the girl who's screening you failed because you had too many P411 OK's, or Eccie reviews which means you sleep around too much, if that happened?

Lol, I'm not making that shit up. There really was a guy who got rejected for that exact reason a few years ago.

"Staying on topic" is very much a subjective thing. This IS a discussion board after all, and the stream of consciousness can take an initial post and meander quite a ways from the initial intent, little steps at a time.

For example, you started this in post #1 talking about staying on topic. So I, being the obedient, helpful poster that I am, am staying on the topic of staying on topic. Contrary to that, Mata focused in on a different piece of your OP, and indeed stayed on that topic as well. Threads are like kudzu--where they go is highly unpredictable.

But just in case you wish to have us address sending personal information, I will give you my answer.

The short version is this: That is why I have P411 and Date-Check accounts, so that I do not have to send personal information. However--and it is a BIG "however", that is just a partial answer. I do not have to send personal information because I have established a resume that--taken as a whole--sufficiently assuages the concerns of almost all the ladies I care to see. Those accounts coupled with my posting history, coupled with my reviews. Even then, I occasionally run into a lady who wants more information than I am willing to give out. Her prerogative, my prerogative to move on to someone else.

But for people who either do not have an extensive resume, or who want to see some very selective ladies, then yes--they might have to give out personal data. You can move on, but you do not have the right to complain that their requirements are unfair. It is almost always the lady who puts herself at far more physical risk by meeting an unknown quantity in a locked room. She has the right to ask for anything she wishes to.

There are a number of ladies who know basically all my personal info. But not until I am comfortable with them--and they with me. I know where many of them live because I have been to their homes--not their outcalls. Several of them have been to my home--one even has keys. One stayed at my place for a while when she was homeless, and several have stayed there as a base of operations while they were on vacation.

So the answer is very much "it depends". Your view is really only "correct" for you. But I suspect that after the other thread you started, your overall resume of credible safety took a hit that might take a while to overcome.

That is well said Old-T. Typically the focus is on the lady's safety, which is of course important, but almost always the steps the guys need to take to protect themselves as well kinda gets forgotten. Read some of the recent alerts. Some very astute providers understand that, and have given me a tour of their incall to prove that no one is in there other than she and I.

P411 has been very beneficial to me as well for the same reason. I gave my information to the only reputable agency in Dallas at the time which I truly believe deleted it after confirmation. Then I got rolled over into P411, so I was good to go.

Each has to make their own decision as to what is acceptable screening. What happens going forward depends on the chemistry.

I contacted Kendal this morning. I let her know that I've seen her before and I'm thinking about seeing her again but I needed to ask her a question. She answered it. Conversation should have been over. Quick and simple. However she asked me who I am and stated that because she doesn't recognize my number, she knows that she hasn't seen me before. So calling me a liar because I changed my number. I guess people don't do that where she's from. I don't give her my handle because she didn't screen when I saw her so she wouldn't know it anyways. Instead I give her my name and description. She says that she's seen a few guys with that description and asks me for a picture. I tell her that I'm not going to send a pic from my hobby number. She then calls me an idiot because I wouldn't send her a pic. She even states that sending a pic using a hobby phone is safest. Really? So attaching a pic to a number that's used for an illegal activity is safe? What sort of logic is this? She also claims that guys send pics and IDs for screening. Are some guys really this dumb? Do you ladies really ask for pics and IDs to screen? She then later says that she's only seen one guy with my description and he's a regular and she knows his name. Hmm I'm sure she said at the beginning that she's seen a few guys with my description which is why she doesn't know who I am.*

She asked him who he was and stated she didn't recognize the number... At that moment he should have told her his old number & that this was his new number..

But he didn't do that because he stated this ...

Instead I give her my name and description.*

So she has every right to accuse him of lying because if you have nothing to hide providing your old number shouldn't be an issue...

So with that being said I still stand by my opinion all of this could have been avoided by giving his old number but no he didn't want to...
