A guy wanders into a bar one night, sits down and orders a drink.
As he's sitting there looking around he sees a jar stuffed full of cash behind the bar.
The bartender comes down and the guy says "What's with the jar of money there?". The bartender says "Well, out behind the bar we have this dog, meanest dog in town, would eat you rather than look at you. Well, this dog has a bad tooth, so if someone can get that bad tooth out for the dog we will give them this jar of money."
The guy says "That's it?", and the bartender says "No, there's an old whore upstairs that has never had an orgasm in her whole life, so the person who can get the tooth out of the dog, and give the whore an orgasm will get the money, but I gotta tell you, if you don't do it, you have to put 20 in the jar."
So the guy orders more drinks, and keeps looking at the jar, finally he takes a long drink, slams the drink down and shouts "I'm gonna do it!!", and heads out the back door.
The other customers gather near the door, and they hear barking, growling, yelling ... and after a little bit they hear whining and whimpering.
The guy comes back in, covered with bite marks, scratches, and blood.
He takes another drink and says, "Ok, where's the whore with the bad tooth?"
