This makes sense...the majority of BP girls don't screen, they just show up where ever some guy says he is. I've used BP and I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of times a BP guy tried to get out of screening or even knows what screening is. This situation is why we don't do things like meet him in public to see if we're comfortable or simply look at their driver's license instead of screening. This is why we do ID verification and not just blindly see anyone under a handle or some name he can't prove is his. These situations can't be 100 prevented however, I have a pretty good screening method and made it almost 10 years in this business without being robbed, beat up or worse. I've had plenty of complaints about my screening and guys wanting to offer me a ton of info...none of which can be verified instead of screening. Guys offer these types of alternate screening methods, there's nothing safe about them and it leaves the guy wide open to do bad things. I always question his motives, especially the ones who keep trying to talk me into seeing them without screening.

I can't express it more...SCREEN AND VERIFY IDs. Once you're alone with him, it's one on one, I don't want to be in that situation.

With that being said, I'm a huge believer in being proactive, learning self defense, carrying mace or another weapon you can conceal.

I just wonder if she will become a member of this site and others so that she will learn how to screen. One of the primary reasons this happened is because of a lack of education. If she was a member of some of the major boards she would be better off.

Sites like this provide tools and opportunity. Sadly, that is not the same as using the tools, or using them well. There are ladies who are members here who still do not screen.

Screening is the best thing ladies can do and I also agree with learning some type of self defense. Possibly even having a concealed carry permit for those that are comfortable with firearms.

I agree that screening is a must. I'll also admit that when I first started I did not know how to screen and had no one to teach me. I learned via countless hours of online research and am thankful everyday that I never had a situation that got out of control. The downside is the fact there are ladies out there who are telling gentlemen not to give any information it's a risk for them. Use 100% false information. It's sad on so many levels both parties should be safe and feel safe. I as well turn away more gentlemen due to refusal to screen then I do for any other reason.

It's not just the ladies. The problem is exacerbated when websites(not gonna name them here) encourage guys to not give much, if any, actual screening information to the ladies. Some of it is explicit and you can plainly see it. But a good portion of it is implicit and uses very subtle coercion and pressure tactics.

Unfortunately, this is one of those things that you never wish happens. I understand why providers go through such lengths to make sure the guy/gal is who they say they are. Must be nerve wracking when you guys meet a new client. I've heard it the other way too, where the providers are ROBs and have people waiting inside the bathroom or something. Sucks that this is the way it is, but things are kinda going to shit these days in America...
