The same goes for the gents. Now if you let me know beforehand that you have to keep your phone on...fine. But its distracting while during a session and all of a sudden the gents phone rings and he has to answer it.

Ladies should always put there phones on silent while in a session. I prefer the gents turn there phones on vibrate or silent. I have had a few guys let me know ahead of time that they might have to answer a work call because they snuck out of the office Lol.
