Nightly Full Closure of East- and Westbound Harry Hines Boulevard Between the Interstate 35E Frontage Roads in Dallas
Dallas, Texas – As crews begin work on the Wishbone, a series of ramps that will connect the TEXpress managed toll lane system to the 35Express managed toll lane system, east- and westbound Harry Hines Boulevard between the north- and southbound I-35E frontage roads will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 8 through Tuesday, July 14.
Detours are as follows:
•Eastbound Harry Hines Boulevard traffic will travel down the northbound I-35E frontage road to Valley View Lane, turn left onto Valley View Lane, take Valley View Lane to the southbound frontage road and continue south to Harry Hines Boulevard.
•Westbound Harry Hines Boulevard traffic will travel down the southbound frontage road (Emerald Street) to Crown Road to the southbound I-35E frontage road to Royal Lane, turn left onto Royal Lane and take Royal Lane to Harry Hines Boulevard.
