Exclamation Wichita Weather Wednesday

I tinker around with keeping up on severe weather. Not a chaser, but am at a certified storm spotter.

That said, I've been told by someone I trust greatly that knows a lot more than I do that tomorrow's forecast means business. Just a friendly reminder to be careful out and about tomorrow afternoon/evening.

This storm was definitely an underachiever.

I figured as well too. It barely sprinkled where I'm at.

Thumbs up

Little rain, little wind. Bout all. Pretty disappointing if you were looking for big time excitement. There was still a tornado, but the ingredients for a big outbreak just never came together and that's not a bad deal in the scheme of things.

I was surprised to hear yesterday was the first time since May 2013 that Sedgwick County was under a tornado WATCH. That is crazy.
