Did anyone visit players before? If so, what was your experience like?

I prefer friends club but have been to both.

Been to Players several times but not recently. Younger crowd than Friends. Hotter crowd than Friends. More crowded than Friends. More cliquish than Friends. Great place to go to see the hotter side of swinging in the Austin area. If you are with a very hot woman who is very sexy and outgoing, you will probably be quickly accepted into the inner circle.

Remember that I have not been there in quite a while.

I agree. friends is the place with real people, the diverse crowds, all ages, sizes, races, and experience levels,. players is young hot white hard bodies who don't party with folks who don't look like just like them. friends is friendly and inclusive and has been packed lately with lots of fresh blood and fun events.

Sue is right. Friends is the place to go for fun.. Players will make you feel like an outsider unless you have a real hottie in tow. Friends is an older crowd, but you won't end up feeling like the sample in the middle of the petri dish, as you might at Players. You need to go as a couple, neither are "single" friendly for the guys except at certain events/nights. There is a very sleezy one in S. Austin that keeps moving around to different houses as they get caught so DO NOT RISK THAT ONE. There are only two legit clubs, there were 3 up until a few years ago..
