It actually seems quite popular and something many offer. I don't offer it because of the type of clientele streaming in and when I stopped offering it, I had more hour requests coming in.

Once I had it on my menu, BnGs made up most of my appointments. Not only that, in the back of my mind, I don't buy the "I'm short on time" line, it seemed like it was just an excuse for a cheap nut...I could make 80 without popping random and raw dick in my mouth dancing to 4 songs at a strip club. I wish more classy providers offered half hour sessions at a rate that correlated a little better with the hourly rate.
