This is what I want also and the reason I am doing this. I have about a year and my house is paid off and 2 yrs and will be done with college, then I can sell my house, have enough saved up that I can pay cash for some land in the middle of know where and live happily ever after with my horses and dogs...

I am giving myself three years to accomplish this. Unless one of you lovely gentlemen want to help me get there quicker.
