Blizz-con !!

Well, I am back from my geek-fest.. and I had a blast!

Was a ton of fun! Tenacious D rocked the closing concert, and so many hot elves running around in just about nothing.. I woke up the next day covered in blue body paint and a pair of elf ears on my night stand the next morning .. the vixen nowhere to be found ..


All in all .. I call it a successful weekend.


Did anyone else go? If so, what did you think?

No major announcements, but unveiled the last Diablo III class .. which is awesome too! I think the fest was more a hangout rather than anything as big as it was last year.

For those whose first 'con it was don't be discouraged. Last year was hard to beat. I imagine next year will be fabulous too. More info on the TBA MMO. *wink*

My cousin who lives in Cali and he was talking about how much fun he had. He is a huge gammer, hehe also the producer of world of warcaft. So he for sure is all about blizz-con. I may need to set ya up Peach

I have the option to go every year went last year and saw Oozy (amazing). I am in the industry so I knew everything that was being announced and wasn't as great as I expected I really plan on going to E3 next year. Im glad you had fun and also TY for being a Blizzard supporter.

One of these days I wilkl make it toa blizzcon event. Diablo 3 looks fun. I wish it was available already but I know they dont want to erode the sales of WOW Cataclysm by releasing it anytime soon.
Its too bad that Sratcraft 2 was a dissapointment... to me atleast. The original Dawn of War and its multiple expansion packs were much better IMO.

Oh well I guess I will hop on LOTRO and grind out some more deeds on my lvl 65 captain.

Nice to know there are other blizz fans on this board! I use to play WoW a lot...haha pretty old school...I was all into pvp and was in a high warlord guild...those were the days....it would be awesome to go to one of these events some time.

I've got a few friends who work for the company and attended, but I did not get to go. From what I hear, the focus is slowly pulling away from WoW to SC2 and Diablo3. It was nice to see the SC tournaments taking off again. I love seeing some of the better games on Youtube now.

I've been away from WoW for a while now, not enough time to RAID seriously anymore.

I got a free collector's ed. of SC2 that I still need to finish, I'm a bit sad that they are releasing each race campaign as separate games.

As for the elves...pictures or it didn't happen!
