This will be entertaining for the fellas. But, to the ladies-Is anyone else sick of getting spam texted for
1.) Escort Drivers-OMG! I Have a car! Thank You!!! Do you Think, I'm Actually going to respond to some random on tour-"Cabs are expensive, call Me!"-WTF?!
AND
2.) The people trying to save the heathens
There are Nice ones-that want me to know god loves me...and, the Nuts-who "quote from the bible" (incorrectly I might add) my eternal damnation.

(3)-A smaller number 3-I get less of these (probably because I have never gone Near CraigsList or BP), but I get a few of the messages from "Personal managers" and the obvious Pimps-who can't spell, asking me-"Wuzzup Gurl!" some even send pictures...

But, particularly-number 1 and 2-I've had ENOUGH of these! But, sometimes-you just have to laugh.

Occupational annoyances...that would drive me nuts. But the upside is that at least I'm not an escort driver, otherwise the poor girl would never make it to her appointments - be stuck in the backseat with me, and then neither of us would make any money jajaja

I don't get texts about drivers, but I do get lots of annoying messages from some sales person at BP asking if she can place my ad for me. She saw my ad on a board or other site (eros, etc) and then called me to see if she could copy it all to BP. I have never advertised on CL or BP. Why the hell are you calling me? At least they asked...I guess.

I don't get the texts (also don't publish my number), but I get a crap ton of marketing emails from photographers ... or aspiring photographers. It seems most of them harvest my email from my Eros ad.

I also get: the Nigerian/money scams, "managers", drivers and scheduling/screening assistants, and sites asking me to advertise with them. Being contacted by ad sites is actually welcome -- as long as they don't continue to try to lure me in after I've, you know, already posted an ad.

Yeah the best thing I did EVER was set my phone number up to reject text messages!

I was forever getting offers of "management" and drivers.

Now, because I can't get text messages, I don't get them anymore.

Although, last week, some guy sent me a text and then called me to find out why I didn't respond to it. I said, "I have a virtual PBX set up on my cell phone which reject text messages and calls from pay phones. It requires anyone who calls with a blocked number to call back without one. I learned all this on my own. Do you honestly think I need management?" And he goes, "Well, hell... maybe I have a place for you in my organization in an upper-management position. I would like to discuss this opportunity with you."

They just don't get it!!!!!!!
