mental health or (lack of) is at times overlooked
Mental health is just as important as physical health. If someone near and dear to me needs it, I try and get it for them or try to convince them to realize they need it and go get it themselves. The only way I try to put distance between me and someone that is obviously in need of mental health services is if I am in doubt of my safety. Perhaps if Robin Williams had someone close at hand yesterday that cared just a little about him we wouldn't be reading about him today. I am no expert or hero, but if it is obvious that you need help, I'm going to try and get it for you, as you would for me

I suffer from bipolar and anxiety. Its an awfull disease and it makes you feel horrible. Nobody understands it unless you have it. Mine is very much controlled though with meds. Bipolar people arent bad unless thier in denial. Rebecca that is pretty darn funny though.
