There was a recent great post from a gentlemen in private section of men's area!
He asked how best to graduate from just bbbj to penetration when with some of these fine ladies! Has history of: Type 2 diabetes under control. In good shape (few extra lbs) early 50's non-smoker or drinker or drugs. Erections are just not adequate for penetration. :-(
Not much improvement with Cialis or Viagra.

I find that for gents in his natural circumstances find the next step to best take place after he has spent time with the same lady over a few dates. Your friend is not alone in that boat, there are others with similar issues.

Has he talked to his urologist about this? Or whatever doctor prescribed the meds he's tried. There are things besides pills to use. If nothing else, has he tried a cock ring while he's "enhanced?"

There are shots that are supposed to help. Any urologist can check him out and prescribe if necessary.

The options aren't that many, but there ARE some that he can try.

Of course the last ditch effort would be an implant. I hope he finds something else that works for him first.

May indeed be medical....but even so, Eva makes a great point. Comfort level and time can make a big difference, even if he has had several short sessions with same lady so he is alrdy "comfortable" with her, a longer time span to talk, relax, play..may indeed do the trick.

Some guys don't get a erection but still climax. The feeling is there just no Erection.

This was my advice:
Sometimes lack of use is the the main issue! I had a hobby friend who found a SB from a local strip club who cured his issues just by frequent sex! Wife found out and wanted him back after she found out her lack of use was causing him to look elsewhere!
