Posts about deleting accounts.
You know, it's sort of dumb idea to post here asking your account to be deleted. Just contact the mods or for that matter, the admins, and ask for your account to be deleted.
Posting here draws attention.
"Hmmm... JoeBlow asked to have his acccount deleted. Let's go search all his posts and figure out what happened."
If your wife or girlfriend has started getting suspicious, seeing your account deleted here will make them more suspicious. Just contact the mods and disappear without drawing extra attention to yourself.
Maybe we should have a sticky thread in this forum about "How to delete your account" and give instructions to send e-mail, a PM, etc.
It might also be a good idea to remove all the past "delete my account threads" in this forum. They're a bad example, and do present some degree of risk to those who have been deleted. Someone can search this forum, find a list of who was deleted and when, look up their posting history, etc.
