So is it a bad thing to expect some courtesy

I was wondering, when you go to a provider, is it wrong to expect some level of courtesy, or maybe customer service? Let me explain. This past week I had a hard time finding a provider, but finally found a few. Out of 4 experiences in a week, only one was really good. She was very friendly and a joy to just talk to.

Now when I go out hobbying, its really not about the need for sex, but just the going out and having some fun and excitement for a hour or two, when I have free time. Sex, I get plenty, I have a significant other which we have great time about 4-7 times a week. Also a friend with benefits that is wild and does somethings that if I would to look for, would run me a mortgage or 2 a month. lol.

But of those 3 bad experiences, one was plain rude and trying to get me out the door, when all I wanted was a massage. The other had this disdain and was just saying "ok, sure, no, etc". The 3rd was ok, but I guess she wasnt in the mood, and said no to everything she had done before. Then at the end, raised the price by about $, even from what I donated before or others had even seen her a few days before. Which I just conceded to, as not to stress over it.

Now today was one of those happened, and after as I was driving to the gym, actually thought about not doing it anymore, and just go the non provider route. I have my own business, and even when I not in the mood, I always try my best. All of my work is to the highest of my standards, even when I might do it at a discount or free.

But long story short, is it wrong to expect some level of CS?

Yes SBDME, I think the customer service model should apply. Meaning common courtesy, salesmanship, and using some emotional intelligence towards the hobbyist would go a long way. The competing model of negotiating seems to be the killer. I win, you lose type of attitude. Appearance, Hygiene, and Disposition make all the difference. I think providers should up their game and read (if they haven't already), "How to win friends and influence people" by dale Carnegie, a classic written in the 30's. You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

Posting a review for others (who will thank you for TOFTT) so they are able to avoid having the same experience is about the best you can do.

i agree. that's why reviews are so important. sharing information with each other helps other hobbyists avoid bad providers while giving more business to good providers. it rewards good providers while taking business away from bad ones.

Unfortunately, there are many guyz here (not always, gentz) looking for different things.

Usta be, a hobbyist was always a gentleman, and he was primarily looking for

-- chemistry
-- companionship
-- communication

and then, usually, but not always,

-- copulation.

In other words, the true hobbyist was looking for the "whole" not just for a "hole."

Providers back when usta be all about the total, not the piece parts, offered a great experience with a shower, fresh linens on the bed, a bite to eat or drink, a relaxed, but sometimes intense session.

Fasting forward, now there are way more "types" of hobbyists and providers offering a very diverse menu and varying levels of quantity and quality.

I am not saying this is wrong; just that the "hobby" has changed, progressed (?) and morphed.

Those who prefer the "old days" just need to do much more research than previously required in order to identify their prospective targets.

CK that couldn't have been explained any better. It seems like the hobby has taken on a Walmart approach today (cheaper/quicker is better). It's not better at all IMO.

More research or stay with your known quantities or both. I guess we're getting old ck, but I still manage to have a lot of fun doing it my way.

It's because we all hobby in South Texas where at any given time there is no more than 5 options available. They get tired we get tired of them. Endless cycle down here. Sometimes I wonder who runs this board the hobbyist or the providers?

That's kind of up to the members..... With enough like minded guys it's pretty easy to steer the forum..... recruit and invite touring ladies..... develop your own talent and share them....

When was that CK? I can't recall if you have a few years on me or not but although there ARE a lot of gentlemen in the mix it has never been a situation where this a hobby for a refined gentleman.

You are aware of the fact that I had a very insider look at the operation of an Agency back in 2001 and 2002 with access to hundreds of the ladies over that time frame both BCD as well as off the clock in a social setting. I remember you popping in a time or two as well.

There was no shortage of guys that approach this in a totally different manner than you or I may do so.

A very large number of clients seemed to be simply about the holes and enacting out any and every pornographic thing their minds could imagine. Girls would walk through a door and be told to get on their knees, thrown to beds and told "face down ass up" and a session was nonstop fuck and suck.

One thing that insider look taught me was that a larger number of girls than I would ever expect simply preferred that kind of dehumanizing (my opinion, probably yours as well) session over the total gentlemen bearing gifts and reading her poetry....

Their personal lives were almost never invaded by the guy wanting to "ass pipe" her.... their phone was not texted and called repeatedly after a session by the guy that wanted to slap the shit out of her ass and cum on her face.... The stalkers arrived bearing flowers more times than the guys that were there for a blow and go.

I think there are many here that look to glamorize this into something it is not. That believe whatever a lady tells them that they feel they NEED to tell them for the sake if their income that the moment they are away from them results in them trying to scrub the disgust off themselves.
