This should go in the Men's room as it doesn't qualify as a review of performance. As far as not wanting to see you because of the backpage issue. Some of the ladies travel and there are other cities where backpage girls are known to do bate back etc. (Austin, TX is apparently one from what one of my ATF's went though recently with guys there) might just be her policy. Many of the girls are cheap and high volume. She's probably just trying to be safe.

It may have to do with the majority of bp girls are not reputable. There ads are here today and gone tomorrow. Easy for LE to fake reviews via bp because you can't really track bp girls... I don't think it has anything to do with the risk of disease or etc..

Sorry that happened to you. I can say that I did have had the pleasure of meeting Roxxy and the visit went well. In my conversation with her during our meeting, we discussed her screening procedure. She replied that she agreed to meet me in part because of my reviews of a few reputable ladies from this site. I was happy to hear that from her because that is what a provider who took a chance on meeting me suggested I do to make my hobbying experiance a lot easier. Perhaps you can do the same. Good luck with your future explorations.

The last minute nature of the cancellation sucks out loud. As has been stated by others, I figure a lady can see whoever she wants, and not see whoever she wants. But the timing is definitely a problem.

As for who you review, and for verification purposes, I recommend P 411. It really makes verification a breeze.

That makes NO sense. I provider won't see you b/c some of the ads on BP are LE?

I can not read the ROS, I am gathering from what I can read that this lady refused to visit with you at the last minute.

Bigpappa had made a great point, most established ladies will not accept BP as a legitimate references. For the most part, these young girls are fly by night with little to no discretion. Its more pimp/boyfriend cultural novelty than a business.

You guys may not realize that even though, yes, we are pros, we are still human, meeting someone new can make us just as nervous as you are, maybe even more so, we have no idea what to expect. Provider references can help ease the worry. When visiting with a total newbie the worry factor is amplified x10.

Now, In your case brkid1, You do not seem like as much of a newbie, however you also do not have a very impressive history either. From the point of view of a discerning lady, you seem like you may lack discretion. And what I mean by that is, you will "do" anything. You come across as a backpage troll. Maybe she was trying to give you a chance, and something you said turned her off and increased the worry factor to a tipping point, and she, as most ladies with the self preservation instinct, decided at the last minute,that the risk was greater than the reward. This is not uncommon.

Another point that I would like to make brkid1. Is that this is not your first NCNS review. You knew already well in advance, based on your past experience, that posting a NCNS in the review section is not in accordance with the guidelines. The the fact that you did it a second time, is also a testament to your character and judgement, or your lack there of. Do you understand what I am saying?

From my perspective, this lady made the right choice.

@Gregster. It does make sense. Because BP girls can be unpredictable and not totally trustworthy, it is harder for a legit provider to make contact with the BP girl to verify the client in question. It also make it possible for LE to write fake reviews. I mean if the girl is flighty and not looking for reviews, anyone could write a review on anyone. If the guy writing the BP reviews is LE, and none of the BP girls realize a review was written, the LE guy can generate for himself a list of reviews that make him look legit when in fact he is not. I think that is the point made above. It also speaks to ACs comment above. If a provider sees mainly BP and AMP reviews, with no real track record of more legit providers (eccie, p411), then she may feel it possible that the guy could be LE, or at least questionable at the very least. Spidey senses go up, and if something is said, it makes the girl even more nervous.

I think the points being made here are good one. a good review track record and p411 provider OKs all go a long way to help alleviate any concern by the provider. I think it is the least we can do to make the hobby safe, and the dates better. We should all strive to make the hobby safer and more enjoyable.

I am not saying brkid1 is LE, nor commenting on his review track record. I am just saying that there are reasonable issues that providers can have that could cause them pause in seeing a guy. Timing of the cancellation is a different issue, but if the spidey senses go up at the last minute, what should she do? Would you walk into a room if at the last minutes you really felt you might get busted, robbed or worse? Or would you bail?

As for Roxxy, I had a wonderful time with her. I had previously seen a friend of hers. I also think my p411 screening made it easy for her to decide to see me. I found her to be a wonderful woman, and we both had a great time.

BRkid sorry your ego got busted. What all hobbyist need to realize is the girls have the right to see who they want. No explanation needed if they don't want to see you or cancel because they get nervous.

Look at it through their eyes. Risk is exponentially greater for the female. LE, theft, rape, brutality, stalking. The list is endless. Yes the same could happen to us yet for the mist part it doesn't. We are stronger therefor it is harder for them to take advantage of us. Busts-look at the number of women arrested compared to men.

It comes down to what most of us were raised on, respect others and always treat a lady like a lady!!!
