What keeps you from booking w/an Agency?

Since I've started this Agency a little over a week ago I've had so many cancelations and not very many people booking. My girls are saying that they keep getting emails from gents and it seems like they are interested but they aren't booking….in my most lady like way WTF?

I've decided to ask ya'll…

Do you think booking with an agency is impersonal, is this why your contacting them and not the agency? Ya'll know I'm a well-known provider who has great BCD & TCB skills and I wanted to create a little safe place where you don't have to worry about your safety or who would be opening the door. Also the convenience of not having to get verified each time to see another provider. Verified once and you can have your pick. How easy is that?

Some girls don't want to do all the work that comes with being independent verifying, posting, photos, getting a room….ect

Another question, would you rather be lied to that someone is independent when in FACT they're not? Or would you rather know the truth that someone is their "booking agent"? So many of the girls on here have "booking agents" you think you are talking to them but you are writing to their pimp/booking agent (who takes 35%!) How about them apples? ya i didn't think you would like that.

Here you have a WONDERFUL provider who is willing to share her amities & resources and all of ya'll are standing on the side lines.

I've chose a very discreet incall where my neighbors are too worried about their own social life. The traffic is NOT heavy and won't be. If the demands for the girls exceeds what I think should be visited here then I'll find another place for them. That bridge shall be crossed when it needs to be.

If you want to feel that personal connection with them then I will have them ALL set up their own accounts to chat with ya'll freely. BTW I'm taking less than 35%, I'm making this a fair deal for the ladies because I want them to be prosperous and happy just as I have been for the time I've been here.

So to wrap it all up here is a recap of my questions…

What about the girls who haven't done this before and need help getting started? I'm teaching them to be independent it just takes a little time to get to know how this business is coordinated…for their safety and all…

Competition I guess, I haven't booked but I'm guessing most guys are thinking why should I book with agency Y for $$ when I can book with agency X for $. unknown to the provider population, funds be running low from March to August.

Please sir keep ur manners, that's no way to talk to a lady. Of course I get a percentage I'm providing them with a safe clean incall with verified men, not mention high quality photos and advertising that I'm taking time out of MY day to do for them. I do want all my ladies to be independent when they feel like they are ready, and that's the truth.

Their rate would be the exact same if they were independent so go ahead mayorcasto and compare pricing for a manifold at autozone to a woman who is giving u her time.

I get what ur trying to say but ur point isn't being backed up sufficiently.

Geez, I'm just a woman giving back to the community (so I thought). I guess to each their own. My ladies will be going independent when they feel so.

I asked good questions and you guys can't even answer them directly.

That in itself is probably a good reason why. "This is not illegal when your just compensating them for their time..." I can only assume there are many more reasons why. Since you asked I will throw my two cents in.

Try using that excuse to an LEO or Judge. If it gets to a point of an arrest, it is what it is. I would rather see you not use the "time only" excuse, and run a tight ship and maybe not have started out with 6 loose cannons, and maybe one or two. You certainly are not advertising that this is for "Time Only" and even if you do, that means jack squat in this hobby of ours.

Me personally here are my issues. You are running a start up agency, and by your own words all the girls are "newbies". I personally have seen you change names numerous times, retire numerous times, and go from photographer to provider many times. This doesn't give a lot of us who do a lot of research a warm fuzzy feeling. Somebody who has not had a steady presence here, and now in charge of many "newbies" who are very likely to make mistakes or misjudgments in this hobby of ours.

Going out on a limb and taking a chance on a provider who may have a sketchy past on the board is one thing, reaching out to a new "agency" that is new with very little reviews or info. is a whole other thing.

You asked for the feedback, so here it is.

My suggestion? Start out small, gain trust, gain a presence, and grow slowly.

Unfortunately we have seen it time and time again, the independents skate by and go about their business, when "Agencies" are targeted and prosecuted.

So sorry for ever even thinking this would be something y'all would appreciate. So ungrateful, yes they are new but who hasn't been? Didn't u start off new or did u walk in an expert. I've never had any problems with clients and just wanted to pass that along to other women who I felt would make great providers.
