Possible LE at AMP on Vivion
I went to AMP on Vivion Friday before lunch. When I pulled in, the car next to me was a dark Charger ( think) with real dark tinted windows. I looked over and saw a the guy talking into his phone. I could see the brightness from his screen. It looked like a cop like console with the shotgun in front. This was all a quick glance, so I may have missed something. I got out of the car and went to subway instead. When I left, he was still there talking on his phone.
Maybe it was nothing, just thought I would pass it on.
