Default problems with PMs

I've had this issue forever and never really bugged me until now. Most of my sent pm's don't show up in my sent folder. I've sent three over the last couple days and don't want to send anymore as I don't want to come across pushy to anyone. I just can't see if the message has gone through.

Any info?

Please check and make sure the appropriate options are set properly.

  1. On the left of most pages go to User CP.
  2. On the left go to Edit Options.
  3. In the section labeled Messaging & Notification the following options should be checked (a check mark in the box)
    1. Enable Private Messaging
    2. Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

When replying to PM's use the button that appears to the lower right of the PM. This displays a page where you can compose and send your reply. Replies done using this method will be saved in your Sent Items folder if the appropriate option above is checked. If you use the Quick Reply Section that appears below the PM to reply your reply will not be saved in the Sent Items folder and cannot be tracked.
