Bill Mahr and the N word
http://www.breitbart.tv/maher-drops-...om-larry-king/
So any comments from the committed leftists on this site.
I've never heard of the Kenyan thing, must be a California thing.
I'm also quite certain that the Bible was written before Mohommad was a twinkle in his father's eyes. Of course Mahr is a theologian.
He said that "many people" have said that Sarah Palin is a religious nut. What people Bill? and who were those people that talked to her about the emails and prayer warriors? A lot of people have been outed as frauds.
Do you believe that there is good and evil in the world like Sarah Palin does or are you a more nuanced person like Mr. Mahr. Hitler, Stalin, Mao were not evil...they were just misunderstood... B. Mahr
The head of the GOP is Michael Steele, a black man, but hardly a conservative.
Condaleeza Rice is still a favorite among many republicans and conservatives.
Comments anyone? So you think that Mahr is suffering from Rectal-Cranial inversion?

Are you unaware of Newt Gingrich's "Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior" statement? Care to explain what Newt meant by that? And isn't the United States built upon the idea of anti-colonialism? You'd think that people that call themselves Tea Partiers would at least understand that part. "Hawaiian, anti-colonial behavior" just doesn't send the message Newt wants to send.

...somewhere between just me and half of the United States. Did you see the video with Palin and the witchdoctor?
I don't buy the "I can't be a racist. Some of my friends are black." argument. You only named TWO black people out of an entire political party (and one of them you hate). Wherever conservatives gather you see a sea of white.

Let me see where you went wrong; I DO NOT hate Michael Steele. I think he is not conservative enough for me. Steerike 1!
Would YOU explain this anti-colonialism nonsense? Original context please.
Remember when CNN ran a bit where a TEA party person was standing around with a slung AR-15? Don't worry it happened and it is on youtube. Of course CNN didn't show the whole clip. They left off the part where the man turned out to be black and not white like they implied. JC Watts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpt_Fh5zfks try this link for Steerike Two!
Be careful, you have two strikes and you're wrong on two other counts.

Mahr can grate on my nerves, but he comes unabashed and informed IMHO. "N" word use...no one would accuse Mahr of being racist, so if the spirit behind it is not filled with hate, it is just a word....just as it is used by blacks everyday. Personally, I think it is too inflamatory and offensive to be used by anyone, but I'm a hyprocrit and I don't have a show on HBO either.
Love his show, don't agree with every position, but I have never been accused of being a sheep or conservative..only a dirty, opinionated old man.
As far as Palin being a religious nut? I hate to limit her to just a "religious" nut, she is awesome, the best ammo Dems could ask for...I can see Arkansas from here

Glad to know you love Michael Steele and want him to continue as the head of your Conservative movement.
Prove that CNN implied that the man was white. Was it implied by omission, or did you just jump to a conclusion? I saw the story at the time and it was pointed out that he was a black man (on MSNBC, IIRC). It struck everyone as odd. But the real point is that he had no business bringing a firearm like that to a crowded political rally. To point out that he was black would be to detract from, and overcomplicate that story. If I remember it right, nobody knew if it was loaded but you have to assume that all guns are loaded until proven otherwise. I guess the final say on that news item is that he was just another dipshit teabagger at the rally.
The YouTube clip: Wow! There must be two dozen black teabaggers there! I'm not good with numbers, but that must be close to 0% of the Tea Party.

I don't know...

Nah, Newt just wanted to 'tack right' to appeal to the Tea Party folk and get his name in the news for a few days. 'Kenyan' appeals to birthers and racists on two different levels. He'll appeal to the base in an attempt to win the Republican primary for the 2012 election, so expect more of these 'gems' from Newt in the future.

You've gotten away with it because I couldn't post for a couple of days. Newt didn't say what you claim he did, he was commenting on what a writer said.

Check out the original source material that Monger hopes you don't look at. Pull your pants up monger, you've been exposed.

Oh yes he fucking did.
Did you not read the quote in the National Review article that I already posted? THAT ARTICLE clearly states that Newt was referencing the Forbes article that you just posted. Newt's words are Newt's. D'Souza's words are D'Souza's. So again...oh yes he fucking did.
Furthermore, D'Souza was wrong. Gingrich was wrong. You are wrong.
"Incredibly, the U.S. is being ruled according to the dreams of a Luo tribesman of the 1950s. This philandering, inebriated African socialist, who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anticolonial ambitions, is now setting the nation's agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son makes it happen, but he candidly admits he is only living out his father's dream. The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is governed by a ghost."
The way I understand it, Barack Obama Sr. didn't see much of his son after he was a toddler. The last time he saw him was a visit when he was 10 years old. D'Souza must really believe that ghosts are real and that our president was infected with his father's ghost while visiting his African grave site. Whatever. I'd rather have a half-white, half-black Hawaiian possessed by the ghost of a socialist Kenyan drunk driver than Sarah Palin's stupid ass! LOL
