Default Advice and guidance requested from providers and lady members.

I have thought about doing this for some time and only decided to go ahead because I do respect your honesty, experiences and opinions. Because of certain medical conditions I am suffering from ED and cannot, yet, avail myself of the common meds taken for it. I have two questions for you:
1.) When engaging a hobbyist, or as a hobbyist, when, or do I, inform you of the matter.
2.) The same question but in the context of a relationship outside of the hobby.
Please feel free to post answers here of PM me.
Thank you.

As far as talking with a provider, I would be up front about it when setting up the appointment. Gives you the opportunity to work on your oral skills as well as trying out different things like toys.

As far as your personal dating life, casual dating no need to talk about it (aka TMI). But if it is a serious relationship and moving further along then you do need to start talking about it with the other person. You will be surprised how understanding a woman can be. This could be an opportunity to try things that maybe you normally would not try.

I hope this helped, good luck.

It's always best when iniatially contacting a lady & providing screening, to also indicate any medical issues you may have; ED included.
It gives the lady/'s a chance to decide whether or not you two would be compatible and if she's willing to go the distance in pleasing you vi various ways.
As you need to understand that NOT all women in this adult hobby lifestyle have the patience nor understanding and thus if your cock can't get hard for them, then some gals may not have the patience nor desire to even try or want to please you in other ways.

So be upfront & honest in a modest way, about your medical conditions. So you don't encounter a crappy date.

I'm not a lady but have similar problems due to taking 5 different blood pressure meds.
I mentioned it to the last provider I saw, some time ago, and she understood completely,
And offered suggestions. She slowed the pace down for me and was very patient. I'm guessing
Most of the established providers are the same.

I'm just getting back into the hobby after being gone for a while and my current thinking
Is to avail myself of some of the more experienced ladies here on the board. I've corresponded
Off and on with WetVelvet and she seems to be not only experienced but from the reviews
An expert in many areas.

I'm sure you know this already, but besides the usual oral meds like viagra and cialis there are
others like papaverine. This is one that you inject directly into the penis ( not as bad as it sounds, almost painless) and it will give you an erection that lasts for hours. Ask your doc about it, if your condition
doesn't contraindicate it. Good luck my friend.

Let them know about 30 minutes into a BBBJ. That is if they haven't figured it out by then.

I think it is best to let the provider know right away. This way it is out of the way and both of you have a better chance on working at a good time together being "in sync" and aware of the issue. Doing so allows the opportunity to experiment openly with one another which may lead you to new and improved ways to conquer the ED. Believe it or not, providers deal with this sometimes on a daily basis with some men and are always coming up with new things to help out in such a situation. The best thing about a provider is that she is used to being judged ALL the time- so they are way LESS if at all ready to judge anyone else as they know it doesnt feel so good, so you can take comfort in that.

Relaxation and a little meditation at home before an appointment helps, then when you arrive you might want to book a 90 minute appt so you both can relax and get to know one another and the pressure is lifted a bit, I have also been told by someone with ED that being in water works- so utilize a shower, bath, hot tub or pool for fun BCD time. Also, those fantasies you hide so well deep in your mind that you have never attempted is always a good place to start. Do it all- and experiment, youll be surprised what youll learn about yourself and how you will be able to overcome ED partially or wholly.

As for in your private life- I totally agree with sanantonioman37 all the way.

It takes a real man to confront such an issue and come out here to discuss it. I admire you and I do hope you find what it is you seek. Best to you!

It does take confidence and openness to admit ED, priest, and I think that this thread will be appreciated by many who, while they have no reason to be, are embarrassed by the issue. Thank you for bringing it "up." (Forgive me, but couldn't resist the pun.) I'm always grateful for honesty beforehand, but personally and professionally, it has never made a significant difference to me, as there is ALWAYS something fun to be done. I believe there's too much emphasis on that one small part of the anatomy, and gentlemen sometimes feel pressured to perform when they should be just relaxing and enjoying. The entire body is an erogenous zone, and goosebumps can always be raised.
