Absolutely not! It is a scam. Do a Google search and you will find plenty of complaints.
Unfortunately, once a provider's name is on there, it can be difficult to have it removed. Took me several attempts and threats of an attorney getting involved earlier this year when I discovered my Fancy moniker on there, but eventually they took my "listing" down. However, I had an email address that went directly to a former employee, alas, no longer valid. The "ad" removal form they have onsite is difficult to find and must be sent in repeatedly.
They are registered outside of the United States, fishier than an open can of 3-day-old tuna.
