It is a joke. Didn't I mention about the lack of wind gusts that normally are associated with major storms, such as hurricanes. This level of flooding would not have happened in another city. It just happens that Houston is fucked because of the poor infrastructure and the stupidity of building a major city over a swamp. BTW, them FEMA scams will come about. We are talking about Houston, a hustling town.

How do you know? A lot of that water is being drained even though it's taking its merry time. Sure there are certain areas that get higher feet of water than that but I would bet a dollar that most of the streets have an average of 3 feet or less of water.
