I've seen an LOL from him somewhere around here...nearly pissed myself.

LD, you're right, I certainly don't like shame as a motivation for improving ones physical appearance. I was just commenting on the topic of shame in general because it interested me. I apologize for getting a bit off topic in that regard.

SF, I didn't know that suicide rates were higher in those cultures. But damn, in my university days, it was those cultures that ran circles around me while they finished 3 degrees to my one degree in record time. Come graduation time, their families were still disappointed that they weren't doctors or lawyers, and thus the parents didn't invite anyone else to their graduation. My family would have taken every seat in the auditorium if space wasn't so limited...

There I go again getting off topic...smh...

Sorry, nope, don't remember when I was last shamed into doing something. Example, please? Don't think I'm being particularly contrary to a majority of opinions held by psychiatrists and psychologists who believe that shame is not a healthy motivation. Definitely not in Western civilization.

You gonna start seeing results in about 6 weeks. In 6 month you gonna have some nice tone. In 1 year you gonna be rockin it, baby!

Now if you were pretty Humpty would pay you a visit in about 1 year from now. But Humpty can't help you with that.

Good advice Humpty. That is about $10k of classes, videos, personal trainers, gym memberships, diet books, nutritionists, etc all broken down to a single post by a hobbyist and it is free!

Well done.

I have a shitty metabolism so I basically have to watch everything I eat and I run about 30 miles a week along with strength workout another couple hours. I also don't drink any alcohol. Pisses me off but SO and providers both like to look up at a nice flat stomach when blowing me, I never tire in a session, and my 46 year old dick still works like it did in my 20's.

young girls having babies out of wedlock..........just kill the little inconvenience before the head pops out and there is no shame.

fat people washing down their 3rd Big Mac with that diet coke..........just take diet pills and liposuction that nasty fat away and there is no shame
