Yet they are upgrading 288... they should be more concerned of how bad it floods in the medical center.

Actually, you are "the JOKE"!

You anoint yourself as an expert on everything from "rub girl protocol" to the design of major cities to facilitate drainage from a "500 year" hurricane/tropical storm! Is there anything for which you are not an "expert"?

Thank you on behalf of all those in the Port Lavaca area and inland from there....as well as the inhabitants of Galveston County and those towns and villages between there and Port Lavaca.

Medical Center gets enough attention.

You don't need to be a meteorologist to understand more water equals more flooding.

You do understand more water is on the way?

This is not brain surgery.

Who said I paid any attention to the frenzy media coverage? I was more interested in the Floyd-Mcgregor fight because I was relatively safe in my home. Did I not say that meteorologists can't predict the weather 100 percent of the time? What caused the flooding was the heavy raining that did not stop in intervals and the poor infrastructure. I would be more worried about the wind gusts than the flooding. All you have to do with excessive flooding is to get to a high ground, such as a roof, and wait. You know helicopters will be flying above in the search for survivors. I don't know. I am very relaxed. You get that way when you are in a drama filled environment.

Yeah, follow proper protocol: DON'T LEAVE THE HOUSE AND TRY TO DRIVE. Don't like those Dallas Cowboys aye?

Anyway, let me redirect my attention to people that have hearts. My prayers go out to the people that are stranded in Houston and hope they find safety.
