I live in Montgomery County, but I don't "entertain" there. I do access this THIS site frequently when I'm home... like now, for instance. Seems to me that we are talking about violating constitutional rights, and it would take special circumstances to warrant such a breach. One provider would hardly merit that.
I hope that the worst thing I have to worry about is the chihuahuas watching QVC on my smart TV and ordering 16 cases of Beggin' Strips and 4 cat fur coats online. Hmm, I suppose they could be hitting up Animal Planet reruns of "Meerkat Manor" and eying the mating habits.
Can we get a link? Where did this rumor surface?

I'm getting more details this weekend, but it sounds as if the provider was A) on probation, and B) entertained at an address where children resided.
I will post when I get the full story, but the question was submitted as a general inquiry about the practice of tracing our internet usage - not really specific to this situation, though it does legitimatize the concern.
I'm new to the dark side, but I keep hearing over and over that Monkey County is a scary place to provide services...

Let me just observe that MOCO LE and the DA's Office are ......
....... "proactive" in their approach to law enforcement.
And I suspect they are doing some "sprucing" up for Exxon's arrival.

Interesting that a new Palace Inn just opened on the I-45 service road in the middle of nowhere about 10 minutes south of the Exxon facility's exit. Still in Harris County, however, barely.
