Thanks for the reply, Gina. I agree definition 2 is, by far, the more common usage...especially by Houston escorts; when definition 1 is the case it is usually a visitor holed up in her hotel room. IMO definition 2 should be eliminated. Available now should mean available now, not now booking.

I only post in the "available" ad when I'm available to see someone at that given moment. I agree with NM, EVERY provider has different TCB skills or none at all... chalk it up to the hobby game. ^^^ DocHolyday, you make very good points. LOL

I traveled recently and used the available now feature. The first one i hit up (first choice) replied back fairly quickly....telling me she was all booked up for the night.

Worse.....she stayed on the available now list for several more hours.

The others i hit up didn’t reply until the next day or more.They clearly weren't available.

So a total waste it was......

The available now option stays up in 1 hr increments, there is also a remove ad option so if you book with someone immediately, you can remove your post. If I post an available anytime, then I usually am, does that mean you are automatically coming over? No, I still need to look at your references and if I see you're on Eccie, I will look at your reviews to see if I think we would be compatible. If I see you've seen all 20 something spinners, then it will lead me to believe that I may not be for you, but if that happens I will point it out and then leave it up to you. Also, when I just scan your review list OP, you seem to have a pattern of hostile sounding no's, which is a red flag to me and many other ladies. That being said, I don't expect everyone to have all yes reviews, but there is a nice way to say someone wasn't your cup of tea and then there''s a mean, rude or hostile way. Most don't want to roll the dice and see someone who in all likelihood is going to turn around and write a negative review after we've tried our best.

I can't tell you the number of times I've seen reviews slam someone where they scheduled a half hr at a bargain rate and then listed a full alphabet of activities done & I'm thinking to myself, "Wow, what more do they want? Lol" This is why many ladies don't offer shorter visits, but that's another topic.

Anyway, I hope you have better luck next time you're looking, I think scheduling in advance is probably your best bet. Another thought, maybe you are saying something inappropriate in your initial message? Some ladies will not even bother responding if a gentleman asks 101 questions that are either clearly in their profile, or on their website.

Not sure of how to control abuse, but how about afdi g a section for a s to comment of our intentions. Such as available now to start screening 2 hrs in advance or something like that.

You do have to understand that there is a screening process. For me personally, p411 is supplemental. I carry the rest of my screening on my own. So time to do this is essential. I would never just text someone " oh yeah I'm available now, go ahead and come over" or something like that. Any verification process takes time.

i have also gone through the same situations couples of times.
sometimes even worse when after setting up appointment, provider stops replying when i am about to leave and ask her for address.

I am pretty sure ladies here have gone through same situation with many men.

i personally dont like to book with multiple ladies for the same time and choose one at the last moment. (though when i get trolled i wish i should have )


bottom line there is no way of knowing who will be trolling you. (for both sides)

Well, she may be doing what I do, and that is to ASK the last couple of ladies giving Okays if there is anything special I should be aware of? Takes a wee bit of time to get a response.

Doing this has saved me plenty of problems, and probably prevented a few fellows from making the wrong choice in playmate. If that's the case, then you wouldn't be advertising in the "available now" section would you? This thread seems to be focused on that section, its uses and abuses. Anyway I don't recall ever seeing your listing there.
