Running seems to do a couple of things in that regard besides the weight loss and the extra "optical inch" because of tearing down the pole barn.
When I was running 15-20 miles a week, my endurance everywhere increased dramatically...you could just hammer away at it, and the "wood" was more like iron...could have driven nails with some of those. Same effect as Viagra w/o the migraine.
