I am a travelling hobbiest, my job keeps me on the road for 20 to 25 days a month. I started visiting Rochester on a regular basis starting a few months ago and have found it a very difficult nut to crack. I have been a hobbiest for about 8 years and used to live in Utah which is also a very difficult area. I just recently became a member of P411, did the screening and am a basic plus 2 member.
So here is my question, do the ladies here take p411 seriously or is it not something they trust?
I did it because I have had some ladies in other areas that won't see someone without it. It's also difficult as a traveller because my references are seldom local ones, and a lot of the time I end up seeing BP or agency girls (I do a lot of research before seeing anyone regardless of the source) because I can't get an appointment with the indy's that I really want to see.
In rochester I have tried to schedule with some of the great eccie girls, and for the most part have been ignored. I don't blame the girls at all, they are just watching out for their own safety and I'm certain that it is because I have done or said something wrong that they don't contact me back.
Like most people posting here with legitimate questions, I really just want to know what I am doing wrong and how to fix it so I am not blown off as a "risk". I've been around the hobby a long time and have learned many things, but I know there are a LOT of things I still have no clue about.

Have any of the Rochester ladies responded back to you to let you know what you did wrong or what more they needed?

Not at this point, no. But if the girls are busy enough with the clients they have contacting them properly I don't blame them.
One of the girls did email me back saying she would like to see me once my info was verified, but then I never heard back. I'm guessing my references didn't respond quickly enough or at all.
All I can do is ask the right questions here and then keep trying.

I am in the same boat...except Rochester is my backyard. I travel quite a bit and see agencies in other cities. I have decided to explore the hobby in my back yard and have run into similiar situations. I do also understand the security needs behind it and respect it. Just trying to get an idea of what is needed as well.

As far as P411, as long as you give mysellf the id, I look it up and make a decision. If a girl doesn't respond back after doing that, contact her again, she may just be busy. Or forgotten.
Even my self, I tend to forget to email people back or think I did and really didn't. It's rare but it does happen.
If you fail first, just try try again...eventually you will succeed!
