I am a firm believer in Karma. Either way it comes back 10 fold. Being hateful helps no one. Don't waste your time and effort on someone that thinks like that. Just be your sweet self and it will all come out in the wash. Use your time and effort for positive things.

A couple guidelines I try to adhere to are

A) Don't write or say anything about someone that I wouldn't say to their face

B) I try not to talk about someone negatively when they aren't around to defend themselves.

I think "A" is incredibly important and I wish more people thought the same. As for "B", even if comments about someone could be arguably true, I just feel like negative energy is negative energy. Why rent headspace or conversation time to someone you don't respect in the first place? And why encourage anyone else to either? Of course, there are exceptions, and that is why I refer to these as "guidelines" and not rules.

I REALLY do appreciate all the advice...but seriously, I am SOOOOO over that BS. Hearing about that while still being new in the biz initially startled me, but I know now, having had much time to reflect...it's not a big deal...simply BS!
No biggie! I'm over it! Water under the bridge!
Things are rocking along, I'm having fun, my guys are having fun...everyone is happy!
