Fake or Natural?

I just LOVE me some big titties! I love 'em. Actually it's the shape that does it for me since I'm such a visual person. There are some naturals out there that are still shaped nice but they tend to be smaller and since I like 'em big, I gotta go with man-mades. What I've found is if you've got a nice perky set before and find a good surgeon, the results are usually fantastic. I've paid for a few sets in my life, so if anyone wants to know the best boob Dr. in town, I've got your man. Just PM me. (And no, I don't get or want anything from the referral except a larger selection of mammary perfection.)

The SO has an incredible set and they feel very soft so once again, I think it has a lot to do with the surgeon and what you're working with from the beginning.

I think implants look nice under clothes and especially in pictures. However, for function I love au natural. I do not enjoy the feel of implants. They just don't move and feel like the real thing. My personal preference is no implants.

I agree with Dent large or small natural is best. Man mades can be OK but IMHO often indicate a lack of self esteem and/or confidence. Also sometimes the lady falls in love with them and neglects her other "skills", just my opinion though.

Countervailing opinion here...I love the look and feel of perfect man made breasts. They just add to the overall erotic fantasy I seek when hobbying. They also make a woman's profile (when clothed) so much more sexy.

I'd agree with most here. I love some big boobs, but I've also liked plenty of gals with smaller ones. As long as implants look natural enough, I enjoy those as well. Anything too artificial looking can be a bit of a distraction.

Can't beat a natural pair.....unless it's an enhanced proportional pair that makes you wonder if they're real or not, even after feeling them - those are the best!

Obvious, un-proportional bolt-ons are a HUGE turnoff......

This topic has come up repeatedly over the years. In every instance I can remember, the majority has favored natural--although obviously views vary as they have in this thread.

Size is certainly eye catching in public, but BCD it seems that for most of us other considerations loom larger than fake boobs that loom large.
