If I had to play one during a session, it would definitely be "I Wanna Rock With You"....
Very surprised nobody has mentioned it yet. It actually is a great song to play to! lol

RIP MJ

Oh, well.....Mine has been, and Always will be....

THRILLER!

Every since that song came out.....

It's been my nickname. Hmmmm.....I wonder why?

Oh, wait...this is a question about one that I'd play in session....

yeah, I don't know that I would've played anything by Michael.
I don't know....I'll check back.

Sorry to get all serious on this, but I cannot listen to his stuff---BCD or not. The guy's sick obsession with little boys makes it hard for me to be able to compartmentalize the music with the sickness of this guy. So with my clarification of not being able to get over that outside BCD, playing his music in session would most assuredly cause me performance issues---knowing if I heard a song of his in session I would have difficulty with my own performance because mentally I would check out of the session as his songs are tainted by his sickness with young boys.

Sorry to be so contrarion.

Fawn, can't argue with you at all. I am old enough to remember how his first three albums (dating myself but they were albums at the time) blew me away. What a shame for the guy because without the pervert legacy his volume of work ranks right up yhere with the all time greats.

IMHO Thriller is the video that will always be right there at the top of the list. Like most other people it is my ATF video regardless. I was in Fry's in Plano this afternoon and they were running a disc of his videos on their demo big screen in the front of the store with Thriller being most prominent. It almost made me, an old white guy with no rhythm, try to dance along with the zombies!

I don't know how good it would be for a session, but it would sure be worth a try. The zombies might work as a distraction from scary me.

Hey there Ms. Fawn! How ya been pretty lady??

Ooohh!!! I forgot about "I'll be There"! I love that song!

Jericho, I don't think any of us would actually play a MJ song during a session, so I don't think you have anything to worry about...lol

Whatever the man did in his personal life or not, it still doesn't change the fact that he is the greatest entertainer of all times...

XOXO
