Why I am Here

Why am I here? If you are going to be in the hobby, I cant imagine being anywhere else. For me, it is a 1 hour drive to either buffalo or rochester and my business interests and kids keep me pretty busy, especially in the spring and fall. So when I do get the opportunity to "play", I really want it to go well. I'm not a big risk taker anyway. To date, my hobbying experiences have all revolved around ladies who are reviewed here and all have been kind, welcoming, as well as fun! This little community here helped me make good choices and not put me in an uncomfortable position I might regret. And thats because of the positive interactions of both the ladies and the gents on this board. So far its been fun. Lets keep it that way!

I am a member because I appreciate quality, and learning about somebody before I meet them. As many of you know, I lurk - a lot - but I like to think that my reviews are helpful to most (as I have been known to TOFTT in the past). I say I am here for quality because I am not always adventuresome and I know what I like; if somebody can point me in the right direction, I am happier that my limited time/funding will be well spent.

What makes me sad are the number of people on here who are not what they say they are, and I still have to screen through every time because I hobby in this area maybe once every 6-12 months, so it's like I'm a newbie every time I make a call. If the folks here were 100% trustworthy (pipe dream, I know - life aint like that), then maybe I could be trusted when I called a lady.

Short answer: I'm here because I suck at meeting ladies in real life, and here I have a chance with the women who really tickle my fancy.

I used to hobby when I was in Syr. years ago.

After dealing with way too many TOFTT deals down there, I got out of the hobby. Too much bull.......and too many scammers.

Now that I am beginning to hobby again, I'm here now for information, some sense of security and safety and conversation, to find people that think I would enjoy being intimate with, intellectually as well as physically.....and to make sure that when I do invest in a session, that it will be enjoyable, and NOT a pain in the ass.....

I don't want to just "bust a nut"....I'd like to be able to have some conversation with the person as well....and how else to know whether you can converse with someone, without being in a forum at first? trial and error? Nope....I've done enough of that.

That's why I tend to get really angry when the ladies vanish because of rude behavior......they leave, and the reason I'm here goes as well....because I'm not here to read a porn script in the BCD stuff........

This board provides me with information that helps me decide what ladies I wish to see. It sure beats the old days of using the yellow pages, freetime or a locals magazine from a porn shop.

The fact that many ladies are reviewed many times by different hobbiests is a big plus in determining who you finally decide to spend some time with.

I for one am thankful for all the information that is avaliable. It's then up to me to use all the information and make the best of it.

Interesting question ... I believe I am here for a couple of reasons

1. This community, which I am just learning more and more about, provides me insight and allows me to learn from where others have blazed trails. I hate being taken advantage of, as I do not like to take advantage of others. As time is precious to me and money is tight regardless of how much I make, selecting the right girl for me to enjoy my time and hopefully her to enjoy her time with me is important. The more I can learn about a person the less risk I have of making the wrong choice.


2. People are of interest to me. The opportunity to hear perspectives of different people (male/female) in this subject area are another avenue that I feel enriches my life in terms of understanding what makes people tick.

I am a newbie, and I have received good feedback from different people on this site for which I am appreciative.
