M. Artist, you make a good point. Clearing her name would have also been helped by not so much grand standing. All that stuff about "no drugs/pimps...many bills, fear of LE, and caring for sick mother" was a little over the top for me. I mean people who aren't on drugs or owned by pimps don't have to broadcast it to make it known. It will simply show in their actions, right? Also, we all have bills to pay and we all know the LE risks involved in this hobby. But being worried about LE doesn't justify this kind of unprofessional behavior does it? Maybe my being new means I still have a lot to learn but from what I've read from the veteran-hobbyists on this site I think I made the right call here. All those justifications just sounded fishy and very unnecessary.

Also, I believe that when a person makes a mistake and is truly sorry for it...they simply own it, apologize and don't offer "ifs" and excuses "fear of LE" etc. That's a dead give-away of disingenuousness.

Whatever, I had my 'experience' with this unverified person weeks ago and it wasn't positive. I used the board to put the info out there for the rest of the group and I received some great advice, support, and feedback. Since then I've had wonderful experiences with 3 great verified providers, have a growing list of refs, and am working on meeting more great verified ECCIE providers. I am finally understanding and enjoying the security and peace of mind that comes from this site and the verified/reviewed professional providers here.

This "Nona" person may be legit or not. I don't know and will not be taking any steps to find out. If others do and she turns her rep around then good for her I suppose. All I know is I'm not going to be a part of it. Why take another chance with an unverfied BP NC/NS when I can count on verified and professional providers?

This was a no-brainer. Thanks for your support.

Actually Bibi, if you look at my post on "NODUH" (cute) you'll see that this NC/NS happened before I met you or any ECCIE provider so I didn't cheat on you! But perhaps you'll get a spanking the next time we meet for being such a little sass-mouth!

Anyway...you actually outta thank NODUH because what happened (or didn't happen) with her spawned my post, the reponses/advice from the group, and led me to you and some other great ladies I've met here. So actually, maybe, we both should thank her for screwing me over (pun intended) because if not for my bad experience with her I might not have finally broken in to ECCIE.

MsPritti/MsLove/DD McGee... These are the best to try for a newbie. Good Luck. Stay off BP unless they have good reviews.

Thanks for the info and advice. I appreciate it. MsPritti and MsLove both reached out and offered to break me in when they read about the BP NONA NC/NS. I've seen and reviewed MsLove (incredible) but haven't yet seen MsPritti or DD McGee but they're both on my list. Seen 2 other great ladies also.

I am done with BP. I'm a converted eccie purist and only 'shop' here. The VERIFIED provider ads combined with honest reviews are all the info I need to shop safely and with confidence. Thanks again.
