So I was just informed by someone that they personally shot a porn in a state other than Florida or California. The film apparently even won an AVN award. So the answer is, I really don't know. I had heard California and South Florida only, that was what the porn girl I use to see told me, but maybe that's not the case after all. As far as I know, most Porn studios are in California. I am not aware of any filming in Texas, not to say it's not out there.

I'm pretty sure there is no one filming porns in Houston for distribution, but I'd be interested if anyone knows of one????

I don't think getting started in the porn industry would be nearly as challenging as actually marketing your product. With the millions of porn sites vying for top listing on Google, can you imagine how difficult it is to ever be seen?

There is a porn production studio here in Houston. I have done some video work for them. I also do some video work for a company out of Calf. This company films Ametures, Husbands & Wifes or Boyfriend & Girlfriend and so on. When they are contacted by people in the Houston area then I go to their home and film them. The persons in the video are not paid a single penny to be filmed. This is more of a fantasy for them than anything else. There are several release forms that have to be completed and proof of age is required with two goverment issued documents that must be kept on file with the original video. A lot of this work ends up on the net and not on a DVD.

Oh I know, yes, it would be a challenge. You have to get creative and make a niche that no one else has.

As with so many other products where there are a ton to choose from, something has to stand out on yours that would compel a consumer to buy.

I think making it would be fun, and selling it on the web could become pretty lucrative. I think one of the harder parts of it though would be finding the ladies and gents that would be willing to be filmed and sign the documents necessary to make the porn movie.

I love the comical porn movies.. by far those are my favorite. Like "The One Eyed Monster".. with Ron Jeremy, Amber Benson, Veronica Hart.

I found a girl who did a G\G video with a girl I was seeing at the time and we all had a great time but the scene was for my private collection not part of a business. I had a friend who did his own small porn company and he used this site and hired girls off it. I havent kept in touch with him so I have no idea about the legal side of it.
