I think another really important thing to remember is, there are many providers (probably more than you think), who have civie jobs, or an s.o. with a good income. So, the hobby $$ is just supplemental. So, with me, if I can't verify someone and have to decline an appt, it's not a devastating financial blow.

As others have said......I find the majority of men are more comfortable with a girl that screens. BP girls that will see you last minute with no screening? Streetwalkers? Doesn't that scare you? This is the manner that l.e. stings are operated for heaven's sake.

I do feel for the newbie that is sincere about entering the hobby. There are many newbie friendly girls out there. And, I am still perplexed at how many men are still fearful of p411. It's reputation speaks for itself.

There is no right answer...

Do some ladies lose business b/c of their screening? Sure. In fact a know a couple of guys that patronize the AMP's/Studios simply because of the no screening/reservations needed attitude.

On the other hand, if a lady's appointment calendar is full why should she concern herself with lost business. She has a finite supply of time. It isn't like she's in the widget business and if demand is high she can open another factory.

Sadly, I think it is when the phone isn't ringing off the hook that some gals get loose with the screening.

Also I think the level of screening that is actually done is exaggerated. I contend that I could call the 1st 50 names on EROS that popped up and of the calls answered greater than 50% would book me for later in the evening without any significant screening.

i have never had a problem with a steady business due to the fact that i screen. and $$ lost from guys who choose not to screen are $$ i don't want or need. i don't force the screening issue, but i will not see you without it.

Exactly i'm not gonna waste my time with a guy who prefers to see a girl who does care about her safety. Especially when there are plenty of guys have no problem being screened.
