I'm too much of a geek. I'd settle for speech recognition that works (that inspired by the thought, while reading your post, that a satellite radio frequency of this (or any other) board would have to be one that is converted from text to speech, or otherwise it'd be as (more?) dangerous as (than) texting while driving).
Though then we'd lose out on all those interesting and potentially humorous errors (e.g., "toys in barbecue sauce" when I recently tried to use my smartphone's voice driven search feature to search for hoisin barbecue sauce recipes...).
Cheers,
bcg

You worry about LE now? LE would be all over this system!!!
BTW, A1, if that really is you in the last picture (on the bottom of course), the ladies should be lining up to see you.

I'm betting the pic of A1 is the one right above the one you're mentioning.
Sorry Anon, couldn't resist.
Cheers,
bcg (Actually, Otto's one of my favorite characters in Airplane!)

LOL
Didn't you read the reality check below the pics?
As to what I look like, sure, that's me. Remember everything I post is fantasy.
BCG actually pretty much nailed it, accept you have to picture what that would look like deflated--all saggy and wrinkly.

If you can't, just rent the movie. Otto's deflating plays into one of the funnier scenes.
Let's just say that Otto's manual inflation device is in his belt buckle, and when Julie Hagerty kneels besides Otto to start blowing him up...
Ok, back on topic...
Cheers,
bcg

Now there is a nifty hopeless dream. . .LE detector. . .attached to your computer that instantly determines if a poster is a cop and then switches there avatar to this:

Yeah, but A1's system takes all the effort out. All they do is follow the GPS signal. At least here they have to do a little detective work (at least as much as the donuts allow).

No silly, the assumption was that Onstar offered it as an extra service--hence the comment about this hobby of ours not only being legal, but even socially acceptable.
Gee. . .speaking of wishful thinking, do you think the rates would drop if that ever became a reality?
Oh yeah. . .I forgot, we are only paying for time and companionship. LEO has no influence on price.
