Yes in fact...among other ways that I will not disclose on a public forum. A few I will mention are green dot, gift cards to a favorite venue, spa certificates, concert tickets, or pre-paid amex cards to name a few. Some people make the effort when THEY have to cancel...some don't. Just the way it goes I suppose, but I appreciate any effort that is made.

I know from my own personal experience that I have been VERY fortunate in New Orleans{I do quite well for "an older lady"...lol}!!!!!

In the year I have been here,I have not had any nc/ns ....
I have had a few cancellations though.......there have been a few times I had to cancel due to personal probs/periods/etc......,but life happens...

I know for a fact there are a few well known & well respected providers who have issues there....I cant say that I am doing anything different then they are....I think its just "luck of the draw"
it is traditionally slower in the lower southern states in the summer monthes....thats why alot of us travel north

I feel bad when I tell girls that biz is good in Nola, and then when they come they dont do good or have problems

I always have steady clientele, repeats, no N/S, or Cancellations!!!

I do not TOUR because I do not have to because of my steadiness here in NOLA however I did my Big GiRl Tour to BR, LOL and I did so because I always have so many requests plus BR Boyz are AWESOME!!!

On topic, NCNS.... well, it is what is. Just don't reschedule/ignore calls from NCNS in question. Last minute cancels, well, shit happens. I'd like to think that if I needed to cancel, that I would not get flogged for my LIFE interferring in our glorious hobby... yeah, they suck, but it's life. On topic for touring ladies, I myself do not tour, I stay busy enough without adding to this, but the ncns/last minute cancels does put a rift in these ladies pockets and it will drive a person to madness, however, it is a risk we all take regardless of the fact that we don't like it. If I was touring and this happened a lot, well, I just wouldn't go back. There really isn't another option. Just my thoughts....

The content of this thread is an indicator of what this place has become. Santa and his elves have made their home here, giving the hobbyist low rates and low class service. He is being supported by the hobbyist who continue to see the elves. They will not go away if they are constantly being fed.

I must say that we all wanted cheaper rates from the providers, but I doubt any of us wanted this. I guess it is true to the old saying, be careful what you wish for. In this case we got a whole lot more.

And it is unfortunate that those young providers are being groomed by him. They show their ignorance and arrogance in their ads. I hope it ends soon and we can go back to having class acts available, I for one am tired of seeing trash in my neck of the woods.

I don't really have an issue with cancellations when I visit NOLA (anymore). Mainly because I have a handful of guys that I notify when I'm heading that way, and they pre-pay lol. No need to advertise.

Now, I have talked to many ladies who toured NOLA and they mentioned the same thing about cancellations and nc/ns and they have no plans of returning. Those that do return often overbook or double book because they know, almost certainly, that there will be several cancellations.

And ladies I know who still work out there don't see locals because it is THE LOCALS who are the worst offenders.

I remember when I lived there, I was extremely picky about which locals I would see, but a lot more lenient when it came to men from out of town.

But don't worry, I hear it's just as bad in Dallas too, with local hobbyists making it a common practice of scheduling with a plan A, B, and C at the same time slot and not giving the other two ladies sufficient notice when they have been passed over. In Dallas, I only see P411 members (where there is some degree of accountability on the hobbyist's part too) or out-of-towners when I decide to see anyone.

It may just be a southern thing, because I don't have the same issues up north.

I had 2 WELL KNOWN, Very pretty out of towners call and see if cc's could fill in the blanks... normally yes but do none of you GENTLEMAN that call and cancel on these girls realize that THEY WILL NOT COME BACK?? TRASH is what new orleans is heading for.... I could normally help these young ladies out but shit we have to look out for our own too!!
