I'm also thinking the new Paramour and the old VCC must be the same people. I'm starting to get the same "hiring" emails from Paramour that I used to get from VCC.

In all fairness, I haven't heard that Paramour is doing anything wrong to their girls, like the horror stories I heard about VCC. Its just the same creepy recruitment tactics.

He many times preys on the new providers or at least he did in the beginning and uses them, steals from them and puts them at risk w/o any screening what so ever Although he says he screens.
If and when the gal is busted he abandons them and usually throws them under the bus. He has gotten so good he actually uses more seasoned providers but still the same tactics.
Please understand this man knows how to manipulate and promises the moon.Oddly he is well connected but uses it for evil. Yes ECCIE has been told of him and much like any cock roach infestation it pops up over and over.

He uses many different business names and personal names but his real name is Michael. He is connected or claims to somehow be family wise connected ( a black sheep most likely) with the family owning Marriott. He get you rooms there but they have started to be on to him...Be careful.

I used to work for paramour and someone helped me put two and two together about "James", he had the booker steal my tips, over charge me for appointments and hotels, and lied to me. Tried to con me into sleeping with him for free. He has just found a semi legal way to do what he loves to do, steal from working women and force sex on them. He is sick.
