I don't know where you are getting your economic data from, but the economy is stalled, it is not getting better. The 4th quarter GDP growth is expected to come in below 3rd quarter.....unemployment has been increasing for the past quarter....and FR Chair Bernnke disagrees with your assessment of the economy, calling it feeble.
